Vail Lax Jam

Coaches in the Vail Valley Lacrosse Club will foster a love for the game of lacrosse while embodying the club’s Mission Statement ‘To teach and support the values of character, honesty, sportsmanship, and excellence through the game of lacrosse.

Vail Valley Lacrosse will practice 2-3 times a week, and participate in 4-6 tournaments depending on the age of the team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Engage with parents about the growth and development of their child.
  • Be accountable for implementing the skills and strategy of Vail Lacrosse
  • Make practices productive and enjoyable.
  • Hold players accountable for their character and sportsmanship.
