2017 Fall Lax Jam Rules:

For Youth Divisions (U10, U11, U12, U13 & U15): We will follow US Lacrosse Rules, unless modified herein.

For High School Divisions: We will follow NFHS Rules, unless modified herein.

 

7v7 Format (recommended team size 12-14 players)

a.  7 players from each team on playing field (2 Attack, 2 Midfield, 2 Defense, 1 goalie).

b.  Onsides rules still apply (2 offensive players on offensive end of field.  3 defensive players (including goalie) on defensive end of field.

c.  Attack and defense from both teams must be behind the goal during the Face-off until possession is gained.

d. Face-off will begin 1st and 2nd half only.  On face-off, wing midfielder will be positioned to left of his face-off man on the sideline.

e.  Ball will be awarded at the midfield to the team scored on, and play will be restarted as soon as player with possession and referee are set to begin (will not wait for line changes).  Second midfielder must be on his defensive side of the field, and all defense and attack do not have to be behind the goal.

f.  Maximum of 3 long polls on the field for each team.

g.  Recommended team size 12-14 players (minimum 8).

I.  On flag down, the fouling team must gain possession before play is blown dead.  The play can be called dead when the ball exits the playing field.  Loose ball does not blow the play dead.  

  

The Field – Spectator Restrictions

a.  Spectators and media, including photographers, are not allowed behind the end lines except in stadium structures where permanent seats exist which are also protected by a fence or netting.

b.  Spectators must be on the side of the field opposite the table and bench areas or in permanent stands separated from the bench area by a barrier and/or a buffer distance such as a track.

c.  Where possible, limit lines will be used. Spectators and media, including photographers, are not allowed within the limit lines at any time during a contest.

If the field is laid out in a manner that does not allow spectators and media to be located as prescribed by paragraphs a, b and c of this rule, as modified here, the game official can waive one or more of these requirements.

Game Administration – Sideline Managers

Each team should provide a designated Sideline Manager (one adult per team, on site, per game-day contest) to help encourage, maintain, and manage the sportsmanlike behavior of spectators and fans and assist the coaches and officials in keeping spectators and media an appropriate distance from the sideline. If used, it is the responsibility of each team administration to ensure that the Sideline Manager is present and in place to perform his/her duties; however, this is not a game day rule to be enforced by the officials.

Game Duration

Whenever possible, games will be scheduled in 1 hr blocks to allow for any delays that arise.

- Two (2) twenty (20) minute running halves.

- One (1) Timeout per a game, per a team. Timeouts may be used at any time during the game.

- Timeouts will be one (1) minute in length.

- The timeout will NOT stop the clock.

- There will be no timeouts allotted in the final 3 minutes of each half or overtime period.

- Halftime will be two (2) minutes.

- The last two (2) minutes of the game will be stop time unless there is a 3 or more goal lead.

- Penalties ARE stop time, but game clock runs.

Clarification on game clock and penalty time:

The game clock will never stop.  However, all penalties will be stop time! Table staff will keep game time and penalty time. The only timing that game officials will keep will be for timeouts. The scorer’s table game clock will be considered the official game clock.

The official score will be kept by both the table staff and one of the game officials. The table staff and the scoring official will confer after each goal and at all timeouts and period ending points to ensure score accuracy. After game is concluded the table staff and the scoring official will verbally agree on the final score before it is reported to tournament administration. The scoring official does not need to sign the score sheet.

Penalty minutes will carry over from one half to the next.

Team Rosters

Roster Size: A team must have a minimum of 7 players (1 goalie and 6 field players) present to begin a game. If, after the 15 minute grace period (outlined below in “forfeit” section), a team does not have the required minimum players the opposing team will be awarded a forfeit win. Roster maximum is 18.

Rosters are considered locked after the first game for each team begins.

Considering that this is a round robin tournament without a championship, players are permitted to play on multiple teams if age eligible.  Directors must notify the tournament director for approval.  

Team/Player Eligibility

For the High School divisions, all players on the roster must still be in high school. No players can have graduated before the event date (**see note about post-graduate players below).

For youth divisions (U9, U10, U11 U12,, U13, & U15) the age cutoffs are as follows:

U9:  all players must have been born on or after June 1, 2007

U10: all players must have been born on or after June 1, 2006

U11: all players must have been born on or after June 1, 2005

U12:  all players must have been born on or after June 1, 2004

U13: all players must have been born on or after June 1, 2003

U15: all players must have been born on or after June 1,  2002

U17: freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors.

Counts/Advancing the Ball

In the youth divisions (U9, U0, U11, U12, U13, U15) the only count enforced is the 4 second crease count for the goalie. There are no counts for advancement of the ball in the youth divisions.

For high school divisions only: Upon gaining possession of the ball inside the defensive half of the field, a team must advance the ball beyond the center line within 20 seconds. Failure to do so will result in a turnover, and the ball will be awarded to the opposing team at the spot of the violation or 20 yards laterally from the goal.

Final 2 Minutes of Regulation

No stalling.  Stalling is determined by referee.  Referee will give one warning to team if he determines they are stalling.  The warned team must advance the ball in an effort to score, or the referee will award the ball to the opposing team.

Forfeits

Teams will be allowed a 15 minute grace period to arrive for a scheduled game.

If a team forfeits 2 (two) games in pool play and cannot present a valid reason to tournament administration for doing so, the team will be removed from the tournament.

If a team forfeits 1 (one) game in playoff/tournament play and cannot present a valid reason to tournament administration for doing so, the team will be removed from the tournament.

Note: All forfeit situations will be considered on a case by case basis by tournament administration.

Fighting

Fighting will not be tolerated at the event. Any player, coach or spectator that is involved in a fight will be immediately ejected from the game and the remainder of the tournament. If the ejected person refuses to leave the field of play or continues to cause a disturbance that prohibits the game from proceeding, staff reserves the right to eject that person from the facility or contact local law enforcement.

In the case of a fight during a game, staff will defer to the game officials to determine which players were involved and should receive punishment. Staff will not take suggestions from anyone other than a tournament official (game official, scorer’s table staff, or tournament staff) as to what players were involved in a fight.

The game officials reserve the right to end a game if the game cannot be safely controlled.

Ejection from a game

If a player or coach or any other team representative (players & coaching staff) is ejected from a game for any reason other than fighting (player receives 5 penalties in one game, coaches or bench are given game misconduct) that person will be removed for the rest of the current game.

Also they will serve an additional suspension of the team’s next scheduled game including overtime that is attached to the said scheduled game.

Protests

Referee calls of any kind are not grounds for protest.  Tournament administration will stand behind calls made by game officials and will not change or override any call made on the field of play.

Note on roster checks: If a team suspects that another team is playing with an illegal roster of any kind, the head coach must alert game table staff. Table staff will contact tournament administration. See the definition of an illegal roster below.

Each team in the tournament is allowed to call for only one (1) roster check during an entire tournament and it must come from the head coach. If a roster check is called for Boom Town staff will check the rosters of BOTH teams involved in the game in question. The game clock will stop and remain stopped during a roster check and will not start again until staff gives the go-ahead to start the game again.

All roster checks must be called for during the game in question. Once the game is over, no roster check will be performed.

The following scenarios are deemed by Boom Town as teams using “illegal rosters”:

*Players not listed on the team’s official tournament roster

*Players participating on more than one team in the tournament

*New players appearing for games that are not listed on the official roster

*Players participating that are too old for the division

If during the course of a roster check, it is determined that a team is using an illegal roster, tournament administration will take appropriate disciplinary action. Disciplinary actions may rise to the level of team disqualification from the tournament if the facts of the case warrant such a penalty. The tournament administration reserves the right to administer punishment as it sees fit.

 

Note: It is allowable for a player to appear for a team after the tournament has begun as long as that player was listed on the original roster before the team’s first game began.

If a jersey switch of any kind becomes necessary during the tournament for any reason (inclement weather, jersey damage, etc) the team must get the approval of tournament administration

Note on Helmets

Hockey helmets (box helmets) are allowed to be used at Vail Lax events.

Note on Penalties/Ejections for Goalies

Goalies will serve their own penalties at The Boomerang. If a goalie is ejected from a game, the game clock will be stopped if needed to allow a replacement goalie time to suit up in the proper equipment.

Note on Stick Checks

Each team is allowed to call for one (1) stick check per game. The call must be made to the game official and it must occur during a dead ball situation. The clock will stop during a stick check situation.

 

Coaches are only allowed one stick check per game!

30 seconds for illegal pocket (stop clock)

1 minute for illegal stick (stop clock)

If a stickis legal the challenging team will either lose a timeout or be charged a technical foul if the team does not have a timeout.

Note on Longpoles

Longpoles are U11 divisions and up.

Note on Body Checks

For youth divisions (U9 through U15): US Lacrosse checking rules will be in effect.

For Elite & Rising Stars Divisions: NFHS rules will be in effect.

Illegal Body-Check

An avoidable body check of an opponent after he has passed or shot the ball is an illegal body check. All stick checks, body checks, legal holds, and legal pushes must be on a player in possession of the ball or within 3 yards of a loose ball or ball in flight

The definitions below supplement, but do not supplant, all aspects, points of emphasis, and Play Rulings of NFHS Rule 5-3.

NO TAKE-OUT CHECKS ARE PERMITTED BY ANY PLAYER AT ANY AGE LEVEL.

A take-out check is defined as:

a.        Any body check in which the player lowers his head or shoulder with the force and intent to put the other player on the ground.

b.        Any body checks considered more aggressive or more physical than necessary to stop the advancement of the player carrying the ball or to keep or move a player away from a loose ball. This includes but is not limited to: (i) any check in which a player makes contact with sufficient force and intent to knock down the opposing player; (ii) any check in which a player makes contact with sufficient force and intent to injure the opposing player; and (iii) any check made in a reckless or intimidating manner.

c.              Any body check on a player in a defenseless position. This includes but is not limited to: (i) body checking a player from his “blind side”; (ii) body checking a player who has his head down in an attempt to play a loose ball; and (iii) body checking a player whose head is turned away to receive a pass, even if that player turns toward the contact immediately before the body check. NOTE: Sports medicine research indicates that the severity of certain injuries may be reduced if a player can anticipate and prepare himself for an oncoming hit. Other sports medicine research indicates that peripheral vision may not be fully developed in many boys before approximately age fifteen. Game officials should be especially alert to blind side checks at all youth levels.  U15 and U13  Body Checking is permitted. To be legal a body check should be delivered in a generally upright position with both hands on the stick and the player initiating the check may not use his lowered head or shoulder to make the initial contact.  U11 and U9  No body checking of any kind is permitted.  Legal pushes   In all loose ball situations players

 

should “play the ball,” but incidental contact, “boxing out”, or screening techniques during such play shall not be considered a violation of this rule.  If a loose ball is not moving, stuck, or the players are having difficulty picking the ball up the referee may re-start play following the alternate possession rule.  Checks Involving the Neck/Head.  A player shall not initiate contact to an opponent’s head or neck with a slash, cross-check, or with any part of his body (head, elbow, shoulder, etc.), including any follow through to the head or neck.   Blocking of an opponent with the head or initiating contact with the head, including by an offensive player in possession of the ball (known as spearing).

Slashing

U15 & HS

Slashing shall be called per NHFS rules.

U13, U11, and U9

Any one-handed check will be considered a slash, whether or not it makes contact with the opposing player.

Unsportsmanlike Conduct

Unsportsmanlike conduct by coaches and/or players will not be tolerated. Obscenities need not be used for language to draw a penalty. Tone, intent, and body language can all contribute to unsportsmanlike conduct. Players and coaches will exhibit the highest level of sportsmanship at all times. This means that in addition to the unsportsmanlike examples contained in NFHS Rule 5-10, any player or coach who uses derogatory or profane language on the field or bench, whether addressing a player, coach, or official may receive: first offense, 1 to 3-minute non-releasable unsportsmanlike conduct penalty; second offense, a 3-minute non-releasable expulsion foul.

Fouling Out

HS, U15 and U13

Any player who accumulates 4 personal fouls or 5 minutes in personal foul penalty time shall be disqualified from the game. A substitute for that player may enter the game when the disqualified player would have been permitted to re- enter had he not fouled out.

U11 and U10

Any player who accumulates 3 personal fouls or 5 minutes in personal foul penalty time shall be disqualified from the game. For U11, a substitute for that player may enter the game when the disqualified player would have been permitted to re-enter had he not fouled out. For U9, a disqualified player must leave the field but his team may replace him with a substitute; no man up situation should occur.

Note on Weather

Tournament staff will make any and all decisions concerning delaying or cancelling of games due to inclement weather. Officials, coaches, parent or any other non-tournament staff member should not attempt to stop a game because of inclement weather. Any concerns over weather should be addressed to tournament staff.

Boys Rules of Play

Tournament Director reserves the right to final say on all matters

 

Game Time: Games start on the hour and include 2 (two) 22 (twenty two minute) running halves and a 5-minute half time. The time will be kept by the on field official. Penalties will be assessed at 30 seconds for technical fouls with possession, and 60 seconds for personal fouls. Teams not ready to face off on the hour, and at the start of the second half, will be assessed a 60-second delay of game penalty. Clock will run unless an injury or time out called near two minute mark, clock will stop with two minutes remaining. Penalty clocks will stop during timeouts. It is an unsportsmanlike conduct for a man-down team, to in any way delay the start of play after the ball goes out of bounds. Clock will only stop due to injury.

Time Outs: One 1-minute time out is allowed to each team per half. No timeouts under two minutesOfficial time outs will not stop the clock. The clock will not stop for any reason. Games may end in a tie for the round-robin period. Championship games will end in sudden death Over Time in 5 minute periods with 2 minute breaks following a 2 minute breaks untill a team scores.

Penalties: Technical foul is 30 seconds; personal foul is 60 seconds. Unsportsmanlike conduct – this penalty carries a mandatory 1-3 minute non-releasable penalty. If a player or coach has more than one of these in a game, it’s a mandatory ejection. Penalty will start when referee blows whistle to restart play.

Point System: All boys teams will be guarenteed 4 games. All teams will play in a round-robin format. Each division may be structured differently based on the amount of teams registered. Each team shall be awarded points on the following basis: Win =2 points; Tie = 1 points; Loss = 0 points. Tie breakers will be based on goals against and then goals for. At that point a team will be deemed the tournament champion and medals will be awarded.

U15    

  • Body Checking is permitted. To be legal a body check should be delivered in a generally upright position with both hands on the stick and the player initiating the check may not use his lowered head or shoulder to make the initial contact.
  • No One-handed checks allowed.
  • Stick length:  40” - 42” / Long 52” – 72” (NFHS Rule 1-6) (NFHS 2-1-2).
  • Final Two Minutes of Game: the Final Two Minute stalling rule shall be enforced (NFHS Rule 3-3/6-10-3).
  • Stalling: All NFHS Stalling rules are in effect, including NFHS Rule 6-10.

If if a game official detects an effort to stall the official will give a verbal command to “get it in/keep it  in” followed by a visual 10-second hand count. If the team so warned does not attempt to advance the ball to the goal area within the 10-second count, a turnover will occur with restart at the point of the stalling infraction (or laterally outside the goal area).  A defensive player must attempt to play the ball.

  • Faceoff (Red Only):  all NFHS face off rules will be followed (NFHS Rule 4-3).
  • Faceoff (White/Blue): at any point during a game when there is a six-goal lead, the team that is behind will be given the ball at the midfield line in lieu of a face-off as long as the six-goal lead is maintained, unless waived by the coach of the trailing team.
  • Advancing the Ball (Red Only): the defensive 20-second count will be used and the offensive 10-second count will be used (NFHS Rule 4-14 / 15).
  • Advancing the Ball (White/Blue): 20 second/10 second rules do NOT apply.
  • Get It In/Keep It In (Red Only): RULE 4 SECTION 31 applies.
  • Get It In/Keep It In (White/Blue): RULE 4 SECTION 31 does NOT apply.
  • Slashing: shall be called per NHFS rules.  One handed check is considered a slash (US Lax Rule 5-7). 

NOTE: If the defensive player’s hand comes off his stick in his legitimate follow-through motion after, or during his recovery from, a controlled poke check, this need not be considered a slash solely because his hand came off the stick. US Lax Rule 5-7 art 4.

  • Time Serving Penalties: are enforced per NFHS rules (NFHS Rule 7-1 / 7-2).

U13

  • Final Two Minutes of Game:  Final Two Minute stalling rule shall NOT be enforced (US Lax Rule 3-3).
  • Stalling: All NFHS Stalling rules are in effect, including NFHS Rule 6-10.

If if a game official detects an effort to stall the official will give a verbal command to “get it in/keep it  in” infraction (or laterally outside the goal area).  A defensive player must attempt to play the ball.followed by a visual 10-second hand count. If the team so warned does not attempt to advance the ball to the goal area within the 10-second count, a turnover will occur with restart at the point of the stalling

  • Faceoff (White/Blue): at any point during a game when there is a six-goal lead, the team that is behind will be given the ball at the midfield line in lieu of a face-off as long as the six-goal lead is maintained, unless waived by the coach of the trailing team.

  • Slashing: NO One-handed checks are allowed.  Any one-handed check will be considered a slash, whether or not it makes contact with the opposing player ( US Lax 5-7).

NOTE: If the defensive player’s hand comes off his stick in his legitimate follow-through motion after, or during his recovery from, a controlled poke check, this need not be considered a slash solely because his hand came off the stick. US Lax Rule 5-7 art 4.

  • Time Serving Penalties: are enforced per NFHS rules (NFHS Rule 7-1 / 7-2).
  • Fouling Out:  Any player who accumulates 4 personal fouls or 5 minutes in personal foul penalty time shall be disqualified from the game. A disqualified player must leave the field but his team may replace him with a substitute; no man up situation should occur (US Lax 5-11). 

 

 

U9 (See additional rules on 7v7)

  • No Body Checking of any kind is permitted.  Legal pushes (RULE 6 SECTION 9, Pushing) and holds (RULE 6 SECTION 3, Holding, ARTICLE 3 a & d) are allowed, substitute 3-yards for NFHS 5 yards.

In all loose ball situations players should “play the ball,” but incidental contact, “boxing out”, or screening techniques during such play shall not be considered a violation of this rule.

If loose ball is not moving, stuck, or the players are having difficulty picking the ball up, referee may re-start play following the alternate possession rule.

  • Stick Length: 37” – 42” (US Lax Rule 1-6).
  • One coach per team may be allowed on the field during play to provide instruction during the game
  • Substitutions: Players are substituted every 3-4 minutes with “time breaks” announced by the time keeper  in order to foster equal playing time for all players; substitutions should be made during loose ball or out-of-bounds situations, i.e., not during possessions.
  • Final Two Minutes of Game: Final Two Minute stalling rule shall NOT be enforced (US Lax Rule 3-3).
  • Stalling: All NFHS Stalling rules are in effect, including NFHS Rule 6-10.

If if a game official detects an effort to stall the official will give a verbal command to “get it in/keep it  in” followed by a visual 10-second hand count. If the team so warned does not attempt to advance the ball to the goal area within the 10-second count, a turnover will occur with restart at the point of the stalling infraction (or laterally outside the goal area).  A defensive player must attempt to play the ball.

  • Faceoff (White/Blue): at any point during a game when there is a six-goal lead, the team that is behind will be given the ball at the midfield line in lieu of a face-off as long as the six-goal lead is maintained, unless waived by the coach of the trailing team.
  • ONE-PASS RULE: Preceding a shot on goal, a team must (a) complete a clearing pass from their defensive zone to their offensive zone; or (b) once the ball is in their offensive zone make one attempted pass. The One-Pass requirement is in effect (resets) after every whistle that stops play.
  • Advancing the Ball: 20 second/10 second rules do NOT apply (US Lax Rule 4-14 / 15).
  • Get It In/Keep It In: RULE 4 SECTION 31 does NOT apply.

Ball is awarded per NHFS rules (US LAX RULE 7 – 1/2/3).   The offending player must serve the full time of the penalty in the box and will release to his team area.  Timekeepers are reminded to track personal fouls and total penalty minutes.

NEW for 2016: CYLA Rules for 7v7 Play at U9-U8-U7 levels

CYLA administrators approved a change to 7v7 play for all U9-U8-U7 divisions, effective Spring 2016.

Officials and coaches should note the following rules and adaptations:

  • Field Size:  Maximum 65 yds. long by 35 yds. wide.  Clubs may use the offensive box area of a full-sized lacrosse field  to obtain an optimally sized field of 60 yds. long by 35 yds. wide.
  • Field Lining:  Sidelines, end lines and creases must be present.  A midline should be painted or delineated by use of cones.  Creases may be painted, portable, or coned out.   Creases will maintain the standard 9’ radius.   No box or wing lines are required.
  • Goal size:  Must be reduced to 5’ by 6’.  Full size 6’ by 6’ goal frames should be used, with a one-foot tall strip of plywood or similar material used to block off the top 1’ of the goal for the full width of the goal.
  • Player positioning:  Each team shall consist of two attack players, two midfielders, two defense players, and one goalie.  Offsides shall be enforced if more than four players occupy the offensive side of the field or more than five players occupy the defensive side of the field. 
  • Faceoffs:  Will occur at the beginning of quarters only.  One midfielder will face off, the second midfielder shall be positioned to his left at the furthest edge of the field.   The attack and defensive players shall be positioned behind Goal Line Extended.  They are released upon the official’s whistle.     
  • Restarts after a goal:  After a goal, possession is awarded to the non-scoring team at midfield.  Standard restart procedure including 5’ distance from all opposing players should apply.   
  • Ball:  Regular NOCSAE approved lacrosse balls shall be used.
  • Goalie equipment shall conform to current CYLA and US Lacrosse Rules. 
  • Penalty enforcement remains consistent with previous rules for U9-U8-U7 play.  The offending player shall be substituted out of the game but his team shall not play man-down.
  • Over and back rule does not apply to 7v7 levels.  However, an “over and back” situation does result in a reset of the One Pass rule for these levels.

Emergency Field Policy

 

Adverse Weather: The Vail LAX Jam may be played in adverse weather conditions. VVLC reserves the right to change the format of the tournament to lesser time limits, modified fields, or reduce the playoff format in whatever means possible to complete the tournament. Tournament coaches, managers and players accept these conditions when entering the tournament.

If these conditions occur, VVLC will move the tournament to alternate locations in Eagle County (Gypsum and Eagle). Once the decision has been made by the tournament director to move the tournament, the tournament will not be moved back to Edwards under any circumstances.

 

Open Wound Policy

Players will be removed from the playing field and will be restricted from retuning to play until being cleared by a trainer.

 

Rosters  

Only teams that played together during the regular season will be allowed to enter the Vail Lax Jam. This is subject to tournament director and prior approval. Any team in violation of this rule may be penalized by the Tournament Director, which may include forfeiture or expulsion. All teams entered may be spot checked by the Tournament Director.

 

SEEDING, BRACKETING:

All teams must play in the division/ bracket in which they have been playing during the regular season. All age-combined teams must play at the higher age level of the combination. Teams can elect to play up an age division but not down. If they elected to play up during the regular season they have to play up for the Lax Jam. Selective teams formed by tryouts of the best players from a club or area which are playing in separate competitive circumstances do not constitute “regular-season” teams according to Lax Jam definition and are not therefore allowed to enter the tournament. 

 

Refund Policies:

 

Refund Policy for Adverse Weather: There will be a $100.00 administration fee charged for complete cancellation of the tournament due to weather; if one (1) game is played = 50% of entry fee will be refunded; if 2 or more games are played = no refund.

 

Refund Policy Prior to Tournament: If a tournament is cancelled due to lack of participation, there will be 100% refund.

Any team participating in any WECMRD sanctioned tournament will be granted a refunded if the following actions occur:

 

IF a team drops out 7-days or more prior to the event, your entry fee will be refunded minus a $100 administrative fee (IN case brackets have already been drawn, T-Shirts printed, tournament staff contracted, etc...)

IF a team drops out less than 7-days prior to the event, your entry fee is forfeited.

IF a team is participating in a tournament and plays only one game, 50% of your entry fee will be refunded.

IF a team is participating in a tournament and the 2nd game is started but not completed, 25% of your entry fee will be refunded.

IF you play at least TWO games, there is NO refund.

 

If the tournament is cancelled due to an act of God (weather, etc...) your entry fee will be refunded minus the $100 administrative fee. The team or organization must submit a refund request form to WECMRD before Friday May 8th at 5:00pm. Please allow 30 days for a refund request to be processed. If a team does not show for the tournament, no refund will be issued.

 

Medical Services:

Vail-Summit Orthopedics will be present the entire tournament.

 

Dogs / Glass: Dogs and glass containers are not allowed at any of the playing fields. Offenders will be asked to remove their dogs or glass once. A second offense will result in a fine and removal from the playing fields by the Eagle County Sheriff. PLEASE LEAVE YOUR DOGS AT HOME.

 

Campers / Camping: There is no camping/campers allowed at the Freedom Park Sports Complex, Battle Mountain High School, Berry Creek Middle School. Any violators will be towed at owner’s expense and subject to Eagle County Sheriffs.
